Our client reputable property developer are currently aggressive in looking potential candidate for the above position:
Responsibilities:
To monitor financial activities of company, assist in all aspect of accounting functions.
Provide timely reporting of all accounting, financial reports, forecasts, costing and budget.
Knowledge in handling of full set accounts, audit schedule and payroll.
To liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agent, KWSP, PERKESO, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
To participate in ad hoc assignment & event.
To review, prepare and tax statutory computation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in construction / property development field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Office, SQL Accounting & Payroll software would be an added advantage.
Able to join with immediate or short notice
