1.3.1 Jobs Arrangement and Implement of Quality Products & Services
• Implementing and monitoring all quality aspect on all production stages (manufacturing processes and production management control).
• Arrange the daily jobs to all the workers.
• Carry out inspection.
• Implement, monitor and review corrective & preventive action.
• Any other duties assigned from CEO / CEO PA / Manager time to time.

1.3.2 Loading Monitoring
• Support sales department to meet customer needs and liaise with Transport PIC for delivery and meet the delivery schedule / on time delivery (OTD).
• Monitoring the loading activities and all the production activities.

1.3.3 Controlling and Preventive & Maintenance on Machinery / Forklift / Overhead Crane
• Monitoring of Machine Operator for checking & maintenance according to schedule.
• In charge in Machine maintenance.

1.3.4 Controlling quality and quantity on products stocks
• Establish control of non-conforming products.
• Responsible for overall quality system in production, general material procurement, production planning, process capability, product quality and maintenance to meet the quality objectives.

1.3.5 Housekeeping & Safety
• Promote and implement housekeeping & work safety, quality, cost improvement strategies.

1.3.6 Production Training
• Provide / Establish standard Production Operating Procedures / Work instruction.
• Responsible to identify department training needs.
• Support Production staffs to motivate, train, counsel and monitor the discipline of employees.
• Evaluate and improve production line performance.
